About Lenin Jaime

Hey what\'s up! So 10 years ago, I embarked on a transformative journey with a scrappy little startup that used old deprecated factory doors as desks and was a close-knit team of fewer than 100 employees globally and about 15 locally. Over the course of a remarkable decade, I witnessed and contributed to its meteoric rise, culminating in a global presence with 3500+ employees and and helped in supporting the data needs of 25+ global offices. As the pioneering member of our Business Intelligence team, I played a pivotal role in advocating for its establishment. Today, this foundational team has flourished to encompass more than 50 professionals supporting the data-driven decision making for the entire organization. Throughout my tenure, I have embraced versatility, readily donning various hats and shouldering diverse responsibilities. From moonlighting as our very first native Spanish speaking Account Manage in 2016, to being a core office-snack curator since 2014. Outside of TTD, I have also worked as a professional music producer and DJ. I played EDC in 2014 and over the years hit the 10-1 club (10 songs,> 1mm plays each.) I am also an ex-professional cook and I spent most of 2021 staging in two highly regarded restaurants in Oaxaca connecting with my roots and learning about pre-hispanic cuisine. Yes, I was juggling two jobs! 9-5 remote work, 6-12am kitchen work. It was as fulfilling as it sounds, believe me. I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring new opportunities for collaboration and growth. Currently, I\'m really into Kikelomo\'s Boiler Room x Primavera 2023 set and Apache Airflow!
