I was forged in The Bronx and refined at Columbia University, where I studied the anatomy of systems and learned how to dismantle them with both data and storytelling. Today, I’m a Senior Global Program Manager at LinkedIn, a published writer, board trustee, guest lecturer, angel investor, and mother of twins.For over 15 years, I’ve led high-impact work at the intersection of equity, leadership, and systems-change—across classrooms, corporations, philanthropic spaces, and venture ecosystems. My career spans building flagship DEI initiatives at LinkedIn, co-founding Panther Mamas (a 650+ member community of Black mothers), advising early-stage startups through Techstars and partnering with companies with ARR ranging from $2M to $36B through my consultancy, Compass Talent Group.My writing has been featured in Vox, Quartz, The Plug, Psychology Today, Citi, and more.
