I am a results-driven higher education and workforce development professional passionate about connecting students to meaningful academic and career pathways. In my current role as a High School Initiatives Specialist, I partner with 30+ high schools across multiple counties to expand access to dual enrollment opportunities, guide students and families through the college planning process, and support institutions in building strong, sustainable programs. My work sits at the intersection of education, workforce readiness, and community engagement. I collaborate with school leaders, faculty, and external partners to increase student participation, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with state programs such as grant and financial aid requirements. I am especially passionate about serving rural communities and helping students navigate the transition from high school to college and career with confidence. In addition to my education experience, I bring a strong foundation in leadership and full life-cycle human resources from my background in banking. I have led recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retention efforts, which strengthens my ability to develop people, build relationships, and drive organizational success. I am known for my ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, manage multiple priorities, and create solutions that improve access and outcomes. Whether I am training stakeholders, advising students, or developing partnerships, my goal is always the same: to create opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
