Adjunct Professor,\"Fundamental Lawyering Skills for LL.M. Students\"This course is aimed to present LL.M. students, who are seeking to become admitted attorneys in the State of New York, with some of the practical skills that affect most areas of law. Students are presented with an overview of the professionalism demanded by the profession and will discuss and practice different communication skills and techniques, especially in the context of communicating with those from different backgrounds. The course teaches the skills of interviewing, fact analysis, counseling, and negotiation. In each of these areas, students will simulate and critique each others\' performances.
