PNJ is a boutique job posting aggregation service utilizing a simple but effective approach. I drive all business development including channels, marketing, and product management activities. As with most small business operations, I also own product roadmap, technical support, and product development. Here’s what I’ve done at PNJ:> Successfully positioned PNJ against national and international competitors.> Established PNJ as a recognized and trusted brand via social media and traditional tools> Created and executed on go to market strategy, carving out a lucrative niche market> Leveraged email distribution channel to create new revenue streams> Secured channel partnerships with both private and non-profit organizations> Frequent presenter at employment organizations on the use of Linkedin and social media in job searchI worked extensively with local Employment Ontario organizations (e.g, YMCA, SLC, CSCVanier, CERCOttawa, YSB, etc) providing guidance to them and their clients on the use of Linkedin and social media as part of someone\'s job search. I continue to present to Algonquin College\'s graduating marketing class on personal branding and Linkedin.
