   Primary responsibility is the design management of in-building multi-carrier wireless networks in airports, tunnels, stadiums, arenas, campuses, and other large venues • Project manage the DAS integration and testing of in-building wireless networks and ensure documentation and monitoring of the networks are completed to internal, project-specific, and wireless Carrier standards. • Responsibility for coordination and delivery of technical designs, design reviews, RF testing, design documentation, etc, with Carrier technical and venue technical personnel. • Manage build plan budget • iBwave design process management for assigned projects, whether internal or through third-party vendors. • Assist field operations and system performance engineers to troubleshoot and repair network related issues within the wireless networks as a third-tier support specialist. • interface with customer and build relationship with their engineering teams • Design systems by selecting sites, solution type, conducting RF tests, analyzing data, and preparing performance documentation • Configure, commission, test, and optimize DAS solutions • Participate in solution designs and proposals as needed • Conduct field work and measurements • Operate test equipment and run post processing software • Provide planning, coordination as well as testing including CW, benchmark, and optimization • Team with others on new innovation and solution efforts • Work on customer complaints and trouble tickets by examining/interpreting performance metrics (i.e. dropped calls, throughput rates) and data to determine what issues are most impactful. To work directly with customers and sales to resolve issues. • Collaborate with other Network groups,(e.g, real estate, RF design, system performance, construction, HQ etc.). • Utilize multiple tools to optimize system performance.(iBwave, ELPT, RTT, Mapinfo, NetGEO, Irisview, Netscout, Wireshark)
