ABOUT LENA WIERE

The world is colourful, and so am I. I\'m a generalist with range. Because of this I have a holistic view when it comes to problem solving, taking every angle into account, and not just accepting a singular truth. I always consider the big picture, staying consistent and connecting all the dots. I believe in team spirit, collaboration, diversity and in learning from each other every day. With more than a decade of experience working in multinational teams within the field of Corporate Learning, my roles have extended from developing e-Learnings to designing, managing and administrating Learning Management Systems. As a believer in lifelong learning, I always embrace a good challenge and continually take the opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally. When I switch off my business laptop, you may find me listening to an audio book (or crime podcast), cooking up a storm in my kitchen, or going for a hike in the forest. And staying persistent in achieving my daily step count goals.
