I’m a purpose-driven recruiter and workforce development professional, and I founded Lennox Talent Group to ensure that every person—no matter their background—has the opportunity to build a meaningful, stable future. LTG connects dependable, hardworking talent with reputable employers in manufacturing, warehouse, and skilled trades across Kansas City, helping both candidates and companies thrive.My career has taken me from corporate recruiting and HR leadership to hands-on workforce development, where I’ve trained, coached, and mentored individuals overcoming barriers to employmentincluding homelessness, poverty, and systemic challenges.
