ABOUT LENA KNECHT
I work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and governance in complex, global organisations.Over the past years, I’ve led global, cross-functional initiatives that required aligning diverse stakeholders, building scalable structures, and translating long-term objectives into execution. My experience spans enterprise-level transformation, programme leadership, and operating in environments where economic pressure, regulatory requirements, and organisational reality must be balanced carefully. I’m particularly interested in how decision rights, accountability, and systems design shape outcomes far more than individual effort alone.I have helped businesses overcome functional silos: connecting strategy to execution, enabling teams to act, and creating clarity in complex settings. I value impact, thoughtful leadership, and pragmatic progress over symbolic action.Especially as a young female leader it is not always easy to turn impossible into possible. With the right sense for disruptive change & empowered teams, it is my ambition to make it happen - every day. I’m always open to exchanging perspectives with people working on transformation, organisational effectiveness, and leadership in global contexts.Let\'s shape a better tomorrow together!
