ABOUT LENA HEDEMANN CELOTTI

I am a systemic coach, facilitator, and trainer with more than a decade of experience empowering founders, leaders, and teams to unlock their potential, navigate transformation, and create meaningful impact. My work focuses on guiding individuals and organizations through complex change processes – from early-stage startup journeys to large-scale cultural transformations in established companies.My approach combines systemic coaching, agile methodologies, and neuroscience-based tools with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and human-centered leadership. I believe that real innovation happens when people feel safe to show up as their authentic selves, challenge existing structures, and co-create new solutions.In addition I design and facilitate programs on inclusive leadership, self-management, and creativity for organizations in the tech, legal, consulting, and non-profit sectors. My experience includes leading large-scale events, managing international projects, and working with cross-functional teams on strategic transformation.Before becoming a coach, I worked in marketing and business development in the renewable energy industry, driving communication strategies and supporting sustainable innovation. I also bring experience as a team leader in a creative agency, a marketing manager in the Bosch Group, and an event manager for large-scale startup conferences. These diverse roles shape my coaching perspective and allow me to bridge strategic, organizational, and human dimensions of change.At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to create spaces where people and ideas can grow — and where innovation, leadership, and humanity go hand in hand.
