I am a Service Designer at Futurice, passionate to travel around and gather new experiences and learnings along the way. I work closely with our clients to develop and visualize holistic flows of services that meet their users\' needs and their strategic goals. I apply my skills in design research, service design, and strategic design to create user-centered solutions that help them make decisions for the future. I am also passionate about creating a healthy and thriving team culture throughout the project journey, both within Futurice and with the client. I organize team events and identify opportunities to create a great experience for our people working at Futurice. Additionally, I joined the d.MBA program to deepen my knowledge of business strategy and management, here I just started my learning journey.
