   Lead the management and development of the Water Resources Planning Division, complying with federal, state and local regulations affecting water rights and the Mokelumne River\'s 600 square mile watershed across 5 counties in Northern California.• Negotiate settlement agreements and resolve conflicts over competing uses of the state\'s water resources, including providing a safe drinking water supply for 1.4 million customers in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.• Manage all tasks for complying with Dam Safety, flood and drought management, publishing the Urban Water Water Management Plans. Collaborate extensively with regulators and stakeholders, developers, consultants, engineers, surveyors, legal and business development.
