I am responsible for the representation of the organisation, the vision and strategy, organisational management, program delivery and fundraising.• Representation: I identify and engage key stakeholders including government bodies, donations, business leaders and NGOs and foster partnerships to pursue Hudara’s mission related objectives. I share Hudara’s vision and activities by speaking publicly at relevant events and I manage key relationships with Hudara’s members, encourage open dialogue and actively foster collaboration.• Vision & strategy: I assess, develop and communicate Hudara’s priorities in light of a rapidly changing external landscape.• Organisational management: I cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the Advisory Board members to support their respective important role. I am committed to inspire and motivate staff to engage with and deliver Hudara’s mission. I foster an enabling work environment to encourage continuous learning and growth. It is very important for me to a supportive, diverse and participatory atmosphere to enhance staff’s mental wellbeing.• Programme delivery: I define organisational work plans and priorities in order to effectively achieve Hudara’s mission. I guide programmatic excellence, rigorous programme evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications and systems.• Fundraising: In partnership with the Head of Programme Prof. Dr. Boris Heinz, I develop and implement a fundraising strategy and steward key donor relationships. I lead the development of cohesive, focussed and effective program proposals.
