Hi I’m Lena, operator with founder mentality.At Levity, I focus on building the operating backbone across finance, legal/compliance, HR, and business ops as we scale an AI company focused on enterprise logistics customers.My background spans banking (6 years), business law (LL.B), Big4 audit, and finance/ops in tech startups & scaleups (8+ years). That mix shaped how I think about risk, incentives, and trust, and when attention to detail is helpful vs. when it gets in the way. I enjoy working in ambiguity and helping make sense of it without over-engineering. Using AI to build stuff that automates the repetitive parts of ops is what excites me these days.I tend to perform best in high-agency environments, where a builder mindset and creative problem-solving are essential.Outside of work, I’m a coffee nerd, into longevity, exploring creative ideas (lately, interior design), interested in new fintechs/neobanks, and always curious about all things AI.
