ABOUT LENA SAVARINO

Change is my drive - learning is my passion - implementation is my strength. I have been supporting people and organizations through change for over 20 years: in bricks-and-mortar retail, in central units and in international projects. As an Expert Operational Store Excellence with a focus on Learning & Development, I combine operational excellence with strategic thinking. I am a generalist with implementation skills who thinks things through to the end and gets things rolling. I work in a structured way, with a clear focus on meaningfulness and always with an eye on what really helps people and processes.
