My responsibilities include to;Program manage a portfolio of regional infrastructure capacity activities by evaluating, selecting, developing, and managing real estate transactions for data centers. Assess speciality needs from the client and coordinate the execution with other teams.Evaluate processes, collaborate with business partners and strategic vendors, review industry innovations, and recommend and implement innovative solutions.Develop strategy, generate, and refine a list of sites, and conduct due diligence of sites. Oversee the research and analysis of real estate options in a variety of markets.Partner as required to ensures vendors have relevant contracts. Review documents and make recommendations for negotiations (e.g, finances, business term).Coordinate with clients on tactical and strategic issues to support project business alignment with internal teams (e.g, Real Estate and Facilities regions, Procurement, Security, Center of Innovation (COI), Global Shared Services (GSS), Information Technology, Project Engineering, Business Risk Management, etc.Work closely with regional supply, engineering, construction, legal, security, networking, and operations teams throughout each project and throughout the sequence of each transaction.Develop business processes, governance, and tools to enable strategic decision making and execution in support of our charter, meeting demanding requirements and timelines.Communicate succinctly and optimise interactions with senior stakeholders across multiple lines of business including engineering groups and strategic partners. Demonstrate strong cross group collaboration and the ability to influence and make decisions in partnerships with other teams and external partners.Maintain scaling mechanisms including playbooks, internal documentation, and recurring reporting as it relates to M&A Strategy.
