ABOUT LENA LUMMER
Strategic Implementer | Digital Healthcare | Project Management | Focus on Ambulatory CareI work at the intersection of healthcare strategy, partnerships and implementation. My focus is on helping shape modern care structures in Germany - especially where strategic development, operational reality, ambulatory care models and digital solutions come together.Over the past years, I have worked across different parts of the healthcare sector, including pharma, healthcare fintech and healthcare providers. My background combines both consulting and operational roles, which has shaped the way I work: structured and analytical, but always with a strong focus on execution and practical impact. What drives me is the question of how healthcare organisations can respond to current system challenges in Germany - from financial pressure and increasing complexity to fragmented interfaces, workforce shortages and the need for more connected, efficient and patient-centred care. I am particularly interested in how these dynamics will shape the future of care delivery, including the role of ambulatory care structures, hospital reform and the practical use of digital technologies.I enjoy building structures, connecting stakeholders and turning ideas into solutions that create tangible value for organisations, users and patients. For me, healthcare is more than an industry - it is a field where strategy only matters if it leads to meaningful improvement.
