ABOUT LENA HOFF

Hi, I’m Lena, an experienced professional in product and program management. I kicked off my career working in classic product management within the German mobile communications sector at 1 & 1 Telecom GmbH. Within 5 years I gained extensive specialist and methodological knowledge that paved my way from Junior Technical Program Manager to Senior Technical Program Manager. In 2015 I transitioned to an agile software development environment at The Stepstone Group, where I took on product responsibility for various B2C and B2B products across all job platforms in continental Europe. Leading interdisciplinary and intercultural Scrum teams further expanded my competencies in product management. Looking for a new challenge, I transitioned to a Program Manager role at The Stepstone Group in 2021. This role provided me with the opportunity to help shape the Engineering Culture team, a new department within The Stepstone Group’s Tech organization. By doing so I gained considerable knowledge in the areas of strategy and OKR planning as well as talent management and community building. In my current role as Program Manager in The Stepstone Group’s Talent Management team I not only continue to expand my program management competencies but also actively work on further deepening my knowledge of talent management. As a key account for The Stepstone Group’s Tech department, I make sure to keep true to my roots.
