Retired Persian Gulf War Navy Veteran who is the Owner and the Executive Director of Aspirationally Ahead Inc which provides workforce, career and personal development training, empowerment and outreach to enrich the lives of Women, especially Female Veterans. Aspirationally Ahead understands the unique challenges that Female Veterans experience during their transition into the civilian world and any Women into the professional world in their communities. Aspirationally Ahead provides outreach resources to empower and enhance the skills and personal development of all Women, especially Female Veterans in their daily lives. Aspirationally Ahead Inc has been designated as a public charity 501 (c)(3) organization since 2017 and included in SAM.gov since 2020.More than one hundred thousand women service members are expected to reintegrate in the coming years. Because there will be a need and a social responsibility for industries and institutions to acclimate diversity and inclusion of these Female Veterans into their workforce.
