Len heads up a 30-strong team of industrial agents based across the UK with expertise in acquisition, disposal, development and agency services. His experienced team shapes the industrial market across the UK producing landmark research such as the Industrial Rents Map and our Market Pulse, and hosts a range of industry events, including a regular webinar, breakfast briefings and dinners.He works with a broad client base including developers ProLogis, SEGRO, Goodman, and Chancerygate as well as funds such as abrdn, Royal London Asset Management, and L&G and occupiers IKEA, Grafton Group, and Syncreon, a DP World company.He also sits on Colliers UK’s Head of Business and leads the Business Space division encompassing Development Advisory, National Offices, Residential as well as Industrial & Logistics.
