I am a U.S. entrepreneur with decades of operational experience in fitness, franchising, event production, and international business development.I founded Jabz Boxing Fitness for Women in 2012 and developed it into 4 corporate locations and 19 franchises before exiting. After two years living in Thailand and studying Thai food culture, I began exploring international business markets.In 2023, I relocated to El Salvador because of its fiscal growth, improved national security, and openness to new business concepts. Today, I operate two businesses in San Salvador, including Thai Bubble—an authentic Thai tea and small bites brand partnered with Thai native Saowalak “Peary” Phetmee.
