About Len Hamilton
I am a RGJ, Inc Certified Master Molder II with over 30 years of supervision, plastic processing experience including injection molding, insert injection molding, 2-shot injection molding, Single Stage Blow Molding (injection stretch blow molding), 2 Stage Blow Molding (injection re-heat stretch blow molding), tubing extrusion (Single and multi-layer tubing extrusion) and Liquid Silicone Molding experience. Actively supported new business growth through roles in insert molding, over molding, blow molding, liquid silicone molding and injection molding development projects. I have worked on all aspects of projects from conception through implementation in today\'s highly regulated medial products field. Including writing equipment/work cell requirements definitions and performing Factory Acceptance Testing on materials and equipment associated with both liquid silicone and plastic injection molding operations. After acceptance testing, my responsibilities continue through coordinating work cell installation and start-up, developing training content/Job Instructions (JIB\'s), training personnel, writing operating SOP\'s, participating in validation activities/runs, completing part testing, and cell troubleshooting after work cells have been placed into service/production. I also collaborate with internal and external tooling manufacturer and repair operations to drive lean concepts through any tooling opportunities that can be identified.
