   Responsible for all aspects of safety operations in TVA consisting of managing a staff of 27 safety personnel. My team delivers day to day safety support for the TVA Fossil, Gas and Hydroelectric generating stations along with supporting Transmission Power Supply organization. We also provide governance and oversight of the TVA Nuclear safety program ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.I have presented in industry seminars and conferences on Safety in the Utility Industry and Safety in Outage Planning. Recent accomplishments include leading a safety team that assisted the TVA in achieving their best Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) in 2018. I also serve on industry steering and peer teams.
