I am an operations and program leader with 10+ years of experience building systems, aligning teams, and driving mission-centered outcomes across nonprofit and community-based organizations. My work focuses on turning vision into action—strengthening operations, scaling programs, and fostering collaborative, equity-driven cultures.At Access Plus Capital, I serve as Program Manager and lead SCALE Fresno, a flagship initiative supporting Fresno County’s diverse small businesses to start strong and scale with confidence. I oversee cross-partner collaborations, strengthen our technical assistance network, and support regional strategies that advance inclusive small-business growth throughout the Central Valley.My previous experience includes serving as Operations Manager at On Ramps Covenant Church and Executive Director of its Economic Development Corporation, where I led strategic initiatives, optimized internal systems, and built cross-sector partnerships. Prior to that, I spent nearly a decade at the Youth Leadership Institute, moving from Program Coordinator to Program Manager and designing youth development programs rooted in equity, leadership, and civic engagement.I bring a people-first leadership style, a systems-thinking mindset, and deep roots in the Fresno community. Outside of work, I’m a passionate home cook, lifelong Arsenal supporter, music lover, and film enthusiast.
