SITE Lead: Coordinate with multiple agencies to provide all the necessary support required for local and geographically separated locations. Supervise employees, provide weekly status activity reports and trip reports, and perform other administrative duties as required. Review all correspondence, reports, and other documents for compliance with company directives and policies. Support agency requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials. Instructs on the use of personal computers and appropriate software applications to produce slides, briefing charts, and other graphics. Process civilian time cards and travel in automated time attendance and pay systems.Benefits Advisor / Consultant: Use specialized knowledge in military and government administration and operations to interpret statistical data in support of various functions. Devise resources to ensure quality reporting while monitoring program progression, development, and implementation. Provide quality advisory/consulting services and planning development for benefits and employment programs available and provide referral services of available resources in the local area.Administration: Review benefit programs and develop clear presentation strategies for interactive classroom briefings. Provide individual assistance to educate service members, veterans, their family members, and caregivers on the benefits they qualify for and assist them in filing for them. Conduct follow-up calls with clients/customers who applied online for benefits and employment programs, to include completing web-based applications to ensure optimal outcomes. Thoroughly assess the composition of the audience for knowledge level and desired outcomes during briefings and preparing written communications.
