ABOUT LEMLEM KEBEDE
Lemlem is a seasoned international development practitioner with extensive experience in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) project management, social and behavior change communication, capacity building, facilitation, gender, monitoring and evaluation, and youth empowerment focused on the Global South. She received a Master of Public Health (International) from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom and a Master of Arts (Rural Development) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. With a passion for gender equality, Lemlem is driven to address barriers and inequalities that many women in developing countries experience in their daily lives through the charity and private sectors. She helps organizations with project design including the development of theories of change, logic models, performance measurement frameworks, and monitoring and evaluation plans and their implementation. Lemlem is a master trainer, equipping teams and local communities with the tools they need to conquer current challenges.
