ABOUT SEBASTIAN LEMANCZYK

Strategic generalist with an entrepreneurial business mindset and a passion for impactful innovation. I bring experience from Bertelsmann, Volt Europa, adidas and Allianz. My work spans corporate strategy, digital business models, AI innovation and transnational strategy development. My strengths are strategic analysis, narrative development and stakeholder alignment. I use these capabilities to structure complexity and create momentum across organizational and political contexts. I thrive where strategy, technology and societal relevance come together. I help shape forward-looking organizations through clarity, focus and measurable outcomes. At Volt Europa, I lead the development and implementation of our European strategy. My work builds alignment across national teams, enables strategic accountability and supports evidence-based decision-making. Previously, in Bertelsmann’s Future Leaders Program (Business Track), I contributed to global strategy projects at BMG, Penguin Random House, and RTL+, supported AI adoption and tech governance in the corporate AI Hub, and analyzed digital regulation in the Group\'s Public Affairs team. I am drawn to environments where strategic clarity meets purpose — whether in business transformation, public innovation or technology-enabled change.
