One thing that makes me different than many others is I take the time to listen. I just honestly care. I love people and the stories of their adventures that they may want share in this short life. And listening is key in Real Estate.My Realtor experience includes contract negotiations, pricing, and not taking \"no\" for an answer. I get my clients the property the want at the price they need. I take the time and connect on several levels. Not only with my clients, but with the co- Realtor involved, the escrow company, the title company and all the people who make it happen. My proudest moment in real estate is giving someone the key to their new home. Cliche, I know, but it is truly the most rewarding and fulfilling feeling. My past Community Relations experience includes marketing and public relations. I am very computer literate.
