   I am an experience design lead of a product delivery team within the Business Banking Online Banking team. In this role I sit in a place between a design manager and an individual contributor, coordinating my team of 4 experience designers within the project space. Within this team I am responsible for evaluating staffing needs within the team, facilitating cross-functional roadmapping, and organising sprintly experience design goals and commitments. I oversee and advise on design quality, and occasionally contribute individually when the team needs and extra hand. I work hand-in-hand with our Product Owner to assess feature criticality, scope releases, and generally ensure product success. I act as our design representative with our third-party partner, negotiating custom needs and coordinating collaboration on joint delivery efforts.
