Serving as a Responsible AI and Data Science (RAIDS) Project Manager, responsible for identifying needs and opportunities that can be successfully addressed by the RAIDS team. Developing and delivering comprehensive communication strategies to drive stakeholder engagement, including clear reporting of progress against OKRs and providing relevant updates to business leaders and key stakeholders. Acting as the RAIDS delegate in business unit meetings to ensure alignment and reporting back to the core team. Promoting and supporting communities of practice for knowledge sharing by managing RAIDS working groups and ensuring alignment with the core team and the Data Science and AI Guild. Conducting market research on the AI ethics landscape and supporting the development of best-in-class resources, while maintaining and updating content on the RAIDS Hub SharePoint. Developing and monitoring team performance metrics and OKRs, ensuring the smooth implementation of the RAIDS roadmap. Creating and managing project plans to ensure deadlines are met and potential roadblocks and risks are anticipated, escalated, and resolved. Evaluating each project\'s effectiveness by consulting with and surveying relevant stakeholders, and reporting on each project\'s utility upon the uptake of outputs. Consulting with the core team to seek guidance and input during key project phases, and possessing the ability to run workshops and trainings where materials and formats have been refined by the RAIDS team.
