OMS is the centralized repository for documentation used throughout the company. This includes policies and procedures and work instructions for factories. The documents are stored in Published libraries. Documents are grouped into 9 libraries depending on site/ business content. New documents are managed in a draft library. Once the Approval process is completed, these documents are moved to the Published library.OMS has 3 roles. Admin 2. Approvers 3. Owner. Any active employee can submit the document to OMS. Once the Admin receive the notification either clicking on the link in the email or login on to the applicationThey will see a list of their direct reports who have been submitted and he can approve or reject the request. Same as for Approvers and Owner. Once the approval process is completed and document will move from the draft library to the published library.
