I’m a Partner and Customer Success leader with 5+ years of experience across SaaS, EdTech, and now marketplace technology at DoorDash. I help partners succeed by turning complex initiatives into clear, scalable and genuinely meaningful experiences, from onboarding and implementation to adoption, retention, and growth.I’ve built my career around trusted relationships, cross-functional collaboration and using data to drive real outcomes, whether that’s improving CSAT, increasing retention, or unlocking new opportunities.
