Lead the implementation of the new lease calculation tool and associated processes for managing leases globally, ensuring that the Plan implementation appropriately meets both IFRS and US GAAP reporting and disclosure requirements.• Lead the design and implementation of month end processes to support the timely and accurate maintenance of lease accounting records and support the transition of these to BAU.Provide specialist advice and analysis to support the Finance team in accounting for complex and judgemental transactions and events, under IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP, to include (but not limited to) leases, asset impairments, provisions (legal claims, severance etc…)- Prepare required disclosure notes and related supporting workpapers for the areas outlined above- Liaise with Plan’s external auditors on the areas outlined above to support the timely completion of the financial statement audits under US GAAP, IFRS and FRS 102.
