My mission is to turn frontier technologies into scalable, real-world systems that work across markets, cultures, & constraints.I operate at the confluence of AI, spatial computing, & global execution. Today, I serve as VP (Product) & Chief of Staff to the Chairman at Play For Dream, where I turn bold, complex founder ambition into scalable products & clear commercial outcomes in fast-moving, capital-intensive innovation environments across North America & APAC.Before this, I spent nearly a decade building & scaling deep-tech ecosystems from multiple vantage points. Started my journey at Enterprise Singapore, where I took local tech to global heights. In just 3 years, I backed some of the most promising deep tech startups, securing top-tier funding & delivering killer returns, incl. the first deep tech IPO on the SGX. By 2019, I was the youngest Regional Director at the Global Innovation Alliance, guiding over 50 ventures to market entry & growth. Then, I leveled up at a top deep tech VC in Southeast Asia, structuring cross-border funds & shaping high-impact investments across emerging technology sectors. What differentiates me is range with coherence. I’m comfortable in boardrooms & build rooms, across cultures & disciplines, & at the convergence of AI, hardware, policy, & go-to-market strategy. I’m motivated by hard problems, global complexity, & building teams & systems that outlast hype cycles.
