At the Millennium Institute, I work part-time as a Research Associate, focusing on the Institutional Agility research area. My work contributes to identifying solutions that seek to make public institutions in Brazil more agile and effective. Main Responsibilities: a) Curating content for the Millennium Institute\'s space on the Exame magazine website. b) Identifying and aligning collaborating columnists with the Institute\'s research agenda. c) Coordinating and reviewing publications in the space, ensuring their quality and relevance. d) Writing bi-monthly columns on the Exame magazine website, sharing findings and analyses in the area of Institutional Agility. e) Supporting the production of policy briefs and technical notes, providing analyses for institutional improvements. With this role, I aim to actively contribute to building a more agile and effective public sector in Brazil, aligning research and practice to generate real impact. Since mid-2024, I have remained involved as a non-resident fellow, contributing to the Institute’s research agenda and policy outreach as needed.
