ABOUT LEISEANN MCCUBBIN

With over 20 years of experience in the R&D environment, to say that problem solving is a passion is an understatement. It has continuously helped me overcome obstacles, embrace challenges, and keep my career moving forward. I’ve had the opportunity to add a range of capabilities to my repertoire and learn new areas that otherwise may have not been likely. From the analytical lab to global teams management, operations to project management, SAP implementation to team building, and more; growth is my main focus. I believe in using innovative approaches to spur change that drive development, efficiency, quality, and bottom line growth. Through it all I have one under pinning passion: leadership. As a manager I have found that the underlying current of my teams success is in providing direction, means, and capability to the people that work with and for my projects. My continuous focus is on collaboration, mentorship, and communication to ensure the most robust, informed and fluent team. Overall, the ability to combine my technical capabilities, business acumen, and leadership into one focus is incredibly fulfilling. I flourish when I am able to bring my past experiences forward and intertwine them with new ideas to learn and continuously grow.
