Joined Northview High-Yield Residential Fund in their HR department February 2023 as it was going through a recapitalization process. Effective August 21, 2023 a transition from a Fund to the Residential REIT meant the organization converted from a closed-ended limited time fund to an open-ended trust with no specific future time limit. Worked closely with the Executive Leadership Team to analyze the organization’s current people programs and processes and worked strategically with leadership teams to either evolve programs or create/implement new ones.
