About Leila Jaber

Leila Jaber (she/her/hers) is a first-generation student who is devoted to a career helping others receive equitable healthcare.She is a Master of Health Administration \'22 candidate, and a Wright State University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology. Leila graduated with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude, while also achieving a spot on the Dean\'s List every semester. Leila is dedicated to serving within her community. While maintaining a full schedule during college, Leila took the time to independently mentor disadvantaged children and aid with providing resources to those who were experiencing homelessness. She also trained service dogs for children and veterans, which then led to her volunteering with “Special Olympics of Ohio” and eventually starting her own personal training business for those with special needs. Her dedication to helping those during their tough times comes from her own personal experiences and understanding of these hardships. Everyone Leila has helped has been her inspiration to one day better the way we all live.When it comes to passion and dedication, Leila is the person to go to. Her enthusiasm to be a healthcare professional is one thing, but her dedication to be an inclusive and effective leader is another. Leila’s experiences working with multiple groups of people from various backgrounds proves that she can work with anyone and lead the groups to success. She also is a strong believer in communication and has worked on improving these skills through leading meetings and presenting her thesis to a committee.Every day is a learning experience and every person can teach you something, and therefore Leila is open to connect and chat!
