Marketing Representation for Seaview Orthopaedic & Medical Associates- Collaborates with Physicians, clinical and non-clinical staff and outside partnerships to develop branding for the practice- Responsible for office territories, building and fostering strong community / medical office relationships within a particular region- Identify and grow target market areas surrounding office locations- Collection and response to patient feedback in timely manner- Creates proposals and implementation processes for marketing initiatives - Forecasts and analyzes referral trends, marketing strategies, and office performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis- Develops and distributes marketing materials related to general practice information or upcoming events- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential partnerships- Event Planning and Execution- Plan, create, publish and share new social media content on a regular basis that builds meaningful connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the practice- Utilizes ECW to create blocks within schedules and schedule patient appointments when needed- Performs other duties as assigned.
