About Leila Gibney

Representing Orion Worldwide in Boston, I am responsible for managing account portfolios across 15+ clients, including three with global footprint. In addition I am responsible for Orion awareness in the Boston marketplace. As a member of the Client Strategy team, I on-board new business to Orion, build relationships with our clients and agency partners, learn each client\'s strategy and collaborate with agency partners to deliver additional value to media buys. Our value proposition is savings. With the support of my colleagues, I lead client and agency meetings, report the health of my portfolio to Executive Leadership, and manage communication across multiple teams. I oversee and support our best in class service deliverables across Excel documents and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings. I am responsible for reporting financial opportunities and risks across my portfolio of accounts, as well as seek opportunities for new business regularly. I have challenged myself to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table. I enjoy learning something new every day and working with team members to problem solve and recommend the best solutions for our clients, agency partners, and Orion.
