Currently, I coordinate audit and compliance logistics at Solen Energy while continuing my work at Aritzia, where I\'ve consistently exceeded sales benchmarks by understanding client needs and curating personalized solutions. Previously, as a Keyholder at Free People, I managed store operations, trained new teams, and compiled business analytics for regional leadership—balancing strategic decision-making with day-to-day execution.My technical background includes serving as research lead and junior developer on a neurofeedback device project, where I identified market opportunities, conducted user testing, and contributed to UI/UX development. With a B.S. in Psychological Science and a Computer Science minor from the University of Vermont, I bring both technical credibility and deep audience insight to my work.As Event Coordinator for UVM\'s Snowboard Team, I managed a full event calendar and built industry partnerships—including organizing a private tour of Rome Snowboards\' headquarters. My study abroad experience at Parsons Paris further developed my approach to creative problem-solving, working on brand campaigns for Diesel, multi-brand collaborations, and sustainability initiatives.I am currently interested in event management, community building, and operations roles at the intersection of people and technology.
