With over 17 years of progressive experience at Rogers, I have proved time and again my ability to leverage a holistic vision of the organizational mission, internal capabilities, and industry best practices to devise and execute top-shelf strategies supporting long-term goals. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior decision makers, I excel at ideating and gaining buy-in around innovative solutions to complex challenges, optimizing internal efficiencies and user experiences, and applying an agile and continuous improvement mindset in reducing technical debt. Furthermore, I am known as a passionate connector of teams and people who takes pride in developing and inspiring high-performing staff, building fruitful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels and functions, and mobilizing diverse groups around a culture of collaboration and excellence. Highlights of my career include: Effectively managed Device Protection Product for Rogers & fido brands successfully, driving growth (~$80M Profit), prioritizing & addressing backlog issues, improving service levels, notably by building relationships & engaging multiple stakeholders to ensure effective support. Articulated business problems, associated impact, and potential solutions to guide decision making and budget planning, resulting notably in $1.5M of additional funding that enabled addressing key backlog items that were impacting service. Played an instrumental role in building the Converged portfolio roadmap, successfully delivering a program that required technical enablement & optimized user experience design, while tackling the key pain point for frontline reps to enable them to build & improve household relationships & offer customers relevant products and services. Received a Business Excellence Award for the initiative.
