My focus is on delivering transformation that is technically robust, user‑centred, and aligned to long‑term HR operating models.Key contributions include:• Leading Redwood implementations across Core HR, Talent, Absence and Recruiting, redesigning navigation and user experience to drive behavioural adoption rather than simple feature activation.• Supporting the deployment of Oracle AI agents and intelligent assistants within HCM, ensuring data readiness, governance alignment, and measurable operational impact before AI is introduced into live processes.• Driving managed services optimisation by stabilising legacy configurations, improving process consistency, and introducing structured enhancements aligned to Oracle’s product roadmap.• Contributing to enterprise HR operating model redesign, shifting organisations away from transaction‑heavy processes toward guided, intent‑based employee and manager experiences.• Delivering scalable, integrated HR solutions that improve efficiency, reduce rework, and enhance employee and manager experience across the HCM landscape.I combine strategic oversight with hands‑on configuration experience, ensuring that transformation is not only designed well — but implemented safely, credibly, and effectively in real customer environments.
