Project: Investigating the Role of Sex Differences in Immunogenicity and Efficacy of Adeno-Associated Viral Vectors (AAV)-Mediated Gene Therapy Formulated research hypotheses to explore the impact of sexual dimorphism on the immunogenicity of AAV vectors, contributing to the development of sex-specific strategies for improving gene therapy outcomes. Designed and executed multiple bioanalytical approaches, including immunoassays and cell-based assays, to analyze immune responses to AAV vectors in preclinical models.
