Quality Manager - Region 5In my role as quality manager I support approx 29 territories across the North of the UK with their quality, compliance and regulatory obligations. I support Franchisees from the start of their journey with the recruitment of a suitable care manager and registration process for; premises, nominated individual and registered care manager.I provide ongoing management and monitoring by completing regular audits, service improvement planning and general advice and guidance on best practice and legislation. I am extremely passionate around the growth and development of the Care Manager position. I deliver and hold a number of forums to continuously learn from one another and promote best practice.
