I work at the intersection of culture, communication, and operations to make distributed, remote work intentional and human.For more than 15 years, I’ve built programs, processes, and experiences that create clarity, foster engagement, and make company culture tangible, especially in complex, cross-functional environments.I’ve worked in higher education advancement, learning to navigate large, complex organizations, and in startup leadership, where I built the People function from the ground up and led the top-ranked cybersecurity training academy.Today, I focus on the distributed employee experience at dbt Labs, helping our globally distributed workforce find more focus in their work and flexibility in their lives.
