I help non-profits truly understand their external audiences (supporters, donors, advocates, volunteers, members, anyone who\'s connected to you) to ensure strategies are grounded in reality - not assumptions. I uncover insights about how supporters, members, donors and customers interact with organizations, and use these insights to design and build better experiences and strategies. I lead research, journey mapping and experience design projects for non-profits and social impact organizations of all kinds.
