Created and executed the alliance channel program from inception for this Saas video/AI/analytics technology startup across partner categories including firms in: strategy/operations consulting, systems integration, technology products including cloud providers and various industry specific players. Structured go to market agreements including marketing, demonstration center and co-selling arrangements with large and middle market firms. Co-selling with our partners into Industrials, Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device and Automotive. Multiple new alliances established in 2022 along with new client pilot projects. Served as the liaison for all internal functions with Drishti partners including marketing, sales, product, engineering and the executive team. Either was the direct leader or advisor to all Drishti partner initiatives including marketing campaigns, sales enablement training, product development/extension and GTM contracting. Participated in marketing webinars collaboratively with our partners.
