I am a passionate, value-driven clinical product leader with an RN and MSN background, uniquely positioned at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Over the years, I’ve transformed clinical operations by developing and executing data-driven product strategies that enhance patient care and drive business growth. At Oak Street Health, I helped lead the development of an innovative in-house EMR—Canopy—that streamlined clinical workflows to ensure outstanding patient care. As a founding member of the Product Team, I helped evolve the organization’s processes and mentor a growing team—from an initial 5 product managers to over 40.My career is built on a strong foundation in clinical practice and healthcare operations, having served as a Nurse Manager and Critical Care Staff Nurse. This hands-on experience informs my deep understanding of user needs and drives my commitment to creating solutions that genuinely improve care coordination.
