Responsible for preparing construction lease exhibits as well and manage preparation of Lease Outline Drawings and related plans for lease exhibits. Review Tenant plans to ensure that they meet lease requirements, permit requirements, and generally the local building code requirements. Maintain reports and documentation regarding all correspondence with Tenants, and the status of lease requirements. In conjunction with the Project Managers, manage the project consultants and assist the Project Manager with coordination between Tenants and contractors. Monitor design and construction criteria for each project and ensure that all Tenants review and sign off on the delivery of premises at time of delivery.
